Qualifications:
- Bachelor 's/Diploma degree in Civil
- Min of 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Proficiency in engineering design software
- Strong analytical, conceptual, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cost estimation, budget management, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Able to work on under pressure and target
Key Responsibilities:
- The estimating and sales team to provide fast material and structural cost estimates
- Analyse project requirements and make recommendations for material selection, structural support, and other critical factors affecting cost
- Develop and maintain a database of engineering solutions and cost data from past projects for reference in future estimates
- Maintain organised records of all project- related engineering and estimating activities
