- Education Min. Bachelor of Architecture
- Min work experience. 3 years in the field of architect/drafter
- Have SKA Architecture (Attach to application letter)
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray, Lumion and Adobe Photoshop software
- Able to make Building Working Drawings
- Have the ability to read Architectural, Structure & MEP working drawings
- Can work together with a team
- Have good time management
- Good behavior, discipline & enthusiasm for work
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Create working drawings / shop drawings and As Build Drawings
- 3D modeling
- Analyze the volume and building materials used
- Communicate well with the project supervisor regarding implementing work on the project with working drawings
